Delivery Information:
If your order is to be delivered to a UK address, we’ll deliver it for free provided you spend over £50. For orders below £50, a carriage charge of £5 applies but you're also very welcome to collect your order from us; please allow at least 24 hours for this service or until you receive confirmation by email that your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Charges:
UK delivery is FREE as long as you spend more than a £50. Orders under £50 will be charged at £5 while delivery normally takes up to 3 working days, please allow longer at busy periods ie. Christmas etc. You will be notified when your order has been despatched and the method of carriage including any tracking number where appropriate.
If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) your purchase will normally be dispatched the same day. Order after 2pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don’t forget Bank Holidays aren’t working days – even for us!)

RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from ORCA Marine, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to Customer Services.

Return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt or exchange the item if preferred. Please note that returned item must be in its original, unopened packaging and be of re-saleable condition.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
